On the subject of Business Strategy vs. Business Execution, and a continuation of my post of September 19, I found another relevant quote that clearly states that a Strategy without Execution, is put simply, a mere intention. And that’s NOT going to get you anywhere.
Yes, I’m aware it’s an oxymoron, and we should all know this by heart as it’s pure simple logic! But it’s surprising how many organizations still don’t get it, and are stuck in the planning and dreaming department, concocting and brainstorming great ideas without ever bothering to go from paper (idea) to execution….!!
