Brand Building & Social Media | Social Media overload

Social Media has brought mankind closer together and connected like never before in our modern history… that’s a fact. But as with everything in life, there’s a palpable portion that can be digested, and too much of a good thing will eventually lose its effectiveness. An overload of Social Media choices.

We are all universally constrained by our 24-hour window, and if we try to stay connected in more beyond email, telephone, text by adding Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN… etc, it becomes humanly impossible. Bottom line: there’s a right communication tool for each of us. Here’s a cartoon by Tom Fishburne that describes just that.
