How to coach innovation ~ ensuring left brain befriends right brain

It’s always challenging to educate corporate clients about the value of innovation, or “out-of-the-box” thinking. Always easier said than done. So it’s interesting to see how a Singapore-based Invitro Consulting does it, through their founder, Angela Koch.

The main mission is to ensure that the right brain gets acquainted with the left, and hopefully they become good friends, and can work together, in reasonable harmony.
