This new TVC from JCPenney to promote their upcoming Sale event is really annoying, but it sure gets your attention!

Reportedly this new campaign and direction is the brainchild of JC Penny’s new hired gun who comes from Apple. That decision sure is bearing fruit! Otherwise I wouldn’t be writing this blog post!!??@#!!
